Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

In CBT, clients learn to identify, question, and change the thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs related to the emotional and behavioural reactions that cause them difficulty. It is centered around the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical sensations.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

This approach helps clients clarify their personal values and encourages taking action on them, to bring more vitality and meaning to their life, and increasing psychological flexibility. ACT encourages people to embrace their thoughts and feelings, rather than fight against them or shame themselves for those experiences.

Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

SFT helps individuals identify exceptions to their problems and explore alternatives to identify personal strengths. It is rooted in the present, while working towards a future in which your current problems have less of an impact on your life.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)

TF-CBT supports individuals in processing emotions, thoughts, and memories associated with past traumatic experiences. It helps clients manage the effects of trauma, process their traumatic experiences, and explore post-traumatic growth.
